Return Policy

For any reason if you are unhappy with your purchase of a standard garment (Not MTO, or Custom) – we can accept a return up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Please use our return form to request a return or exchange.

What’s the Difference between Readymade Garments, Made-to-Order, and Full Custom?

We offer varied services/styles of garments to our customers to ensure they get exactly what they want, at a price point that is hopefully fair/understandable. Readymade garments are sewn from our in-house patterns & designs, ready to try on and purchase at any time. They’re generally a little more forgiving in terms of fit, and have been refined over a decade of patterning tweaks. Made-to-Order offers one step further - where the customer tries on a ‘block’ sample, and we work together to refine the fit and details to create an exceptional garment in one or two fittings. Full Custom is essentially a fully bespoke workwear garment – starting with a design consultation, measurements, two to three fittings, and resulting in a truly one-of-a-kind garment, and personalized pattern stored in our archives.
